SHIPPING POLICY

This policy summarises the rules set out in our Terms and Conditions of Sale, which prevail in the event of any discrepancy.

Where we ship

All orders are shipped from France. We currently deliver to: France (metropolitan), United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Switzerland. Orders to other countries cannot be accepted.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are fixed amounts depending on your delivery zone and the weight of your parcel. They are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 2 to 3 business days after payment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking where available.

Indicative delivery times from shipment:

• France: 2 to 7 business days
• International: 8 to 24 business days

These times are estimates and do not include customs clearance, which is outside our control.

Carriers: Colissimo, Chronopost, Mondial Relay, FedEx, depending on destination and the option selected at checkout.

Customs duties and import taxes (outside France)

Import duties, customs fees and any taxes or charges legally payable by you upon importation are not included in our prices and remain your responsibility, usually paid to the carrier or customs authorities on delivery. We cannot estimate these charges in advance; please check with your local customs office before ordering. If you refuse to pay them and the parcel comes back to us, we refund the products once received in good condition; the extra costs caused by the refusal (outbound shipping, return, customs fees charged to us) may be deducted, without prejudice to your legal rights.

Delivery issues

• Damaged parcel or missing item: note reservations with the carrier and contact us as soon as possible at contact@altarvision.com, with photographs.
• Incorrect address or uncollected parcel: if the parcel comes back to us, re-shipping costs are at your expense.
• Late delivery: if your order has not arrived within 30 days, contact us; you may cancel the order and be refunded in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
