Is shipping to Europe available?
Yes, but not in every EU country yet. New EU packaging rules (PPWR), in force since August 2026, require country-by-country registration to ensure we can ship compliantly across Europe. We're currently completing the necessary registrations and will progressively expand shipping to all European countries. Subscribe to the waitlist to be notified as soon as shipping becomes available in your country.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return (items must be unworn and unwashed).
When will my order ship, and how long does delivery take?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured and what are they made of?
The plushies are made in China and the clothing are manufactured in Portugal. Both manufactures have been carefully selected to ensure a good and lasting quality.
Every clothing piece is crafted from heavyweight 100% cotton with screen-printed designs, using the same textile mills that supply major luxury fashion houses.
The Zenyth plush is held to the same standard: 100% polyester, high-quality embroidery, and solid stitching throughout.
All items feature reinforced stitching built to last for years.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country of delivery. These fees are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
