Cancel your order (Right of withdrawal)

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the sale, without giving any reason. This applies to all our customers, whatever your country.

To withdraw, fill in the form below and click "Confirm withdrawal". You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email, including the content of your declaration and the date and time it was submitted.

After that:

• Return the products within 14 days to our address in Jaxu, France. Return shipping is at your expense, we recommend a tracked service.
• Products should be unworn, unwashed and unused. Trying a garment on is fine, wearing or washing it is not.
• We refund the price and standard outbound shipping within 14 days of receiving the products (or proof of shipment).
